Abstract

College student village cadre is a good try of socialist new countryside construction camied out in Beijing,which plays a positive role in basic level countryside organizations.The authors use stratified sampling method to probe deeply into the current situation of it and systematically and comprehensively summarize the experience,and propose relative policy suggestions.
