On Constructing a Supervision and Restraint Mechanism in Government procurement

Abstract
Starting from the study of the inner defects in government procurement system and the problems in its operation,the author proposes a supervision and restraint mechanism to regulate the government procurement and the relevant supervision links based on the analysis of the principle to construct such a mechanism,the interaction between the different main bodies who participate in the procurement and the supervision relations.
