The Research on China's Government Procurement Supervision System

Government procurement can save fiscal expenditure and regulate economy,and provide public goods.The government procurement behavior should be carried out in the framework of legal norms,and supervised by the Government Procurement Law.There are many defects in the supervision system which needs improving.Only by establishing an efficient supervision mechanism can we prevent rent-seeking power,therefore,the government procurement can truly become the sunshine procurement.So,from the laws and regulations of government procurement system,from the perspective of setting uniform legislation principle and regulatory bodies,we should build a kind of regulatory system with internal supervision and external supervision,public supervision and private supervision,supervision and regulation before,during and after the event.
