Abstract
Objective: To detect the value of MR on diagnosis and grading of chondromalacia patellae. Methods: 452 cases were analyzed retrospectively (885 knee) patella softening and physical examination, MRI clinical manifestations of arthroscopy or control. Results: 452 cases (885 knee) patella osteomalacia, diagnostic patella osteomalacia and MRI physical examination and clinical manifestations of arthroscopy or seen accuracy for 100% respectively. Conclusion: MRI can soften the scope and extent patella patella osteomalacia, it is the best method.
