Abstract
The suitable measurement conditions for the determination of cadmium in soil by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry were investigated with thiourea as anti-interference agent and Co2+ as sensitivity enhancement agent. The detection limit of cadmium was 0.065 μg·L-1,and the linear of cadmium range was 0~20μg·L-1.The recovery was 95.0%~103.2%.The method had been successfully applied to the determination of cadmium in a series of national reference materials and the results were in good agreement with the certified values.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
