Determination of Psoraden and Isopsoraden in Zibushenrong Pilulae by RP-HPLC

Abstract

Objective:To establish an RP-HPLC method for determination of Psoraden and Isopsoraden in Zibushenrong Pilulae.Methods: Dikma C18(5μm,150×4.6mm) was used.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% H3PO4 and the determination wavelength at 246nm.the flow rate is 1.0ml/min.Results:The linear ranges of Psoraden and Isopsoraden were 6.18×10-3～123.6×10-3mg/ml(r=0.9998,RSD=3.6%) and 5.98×10-3～119.6×10-3 mg/ml(r=0.9999,RSD=4.2%).The average recoveries were 103.52%(n=6) and 99.76%(n=6).Conclusion: This method is simple and accurate,It is suitable for the quality control of Zibushenrong pilulae.
