Abstract
Objective: To study the expressions and significance of P-AKT in non-small cell lung cancer,and explore the relationship of its and clinical pathologic features of non-small cell lung cancer,and to provide the clinical guidance for the diagnosis and treatment of non-small cell lung cancer.Methods: Immunohistochemistry Maxvision two-step method was used to examine the expressions of P-AKT in 66 cases of non-small cell lung cancer and 10 cases of normal lung tissue.Data were processed by SPSS version 13.0.Results: The positive expression rate of P-AKT was 75.8%(50/66) in non-small cell lung cancer,and 20.0%(2/10) in normal lung tissue,and the difference is significant in the statistics(P0.05).In the non-small cell lung cancer,the overexpression of P-AKT had significant correlation with the differentiation extent of cancer tissue,metastasis of lymph nodes and distance(P0.05).Conclusion: The expression of P-AKT in the non-small cell lung cancer is higher than that in the normal lung tissue,and it has significant correlation with the clinical pathologic features,which shows that P-AKT may play a role in promoting in the occurrence and development of non-small cell lung cancer.The detection of this factor is helpful to judge the malignant degree of NSCLC and provide therapeutic targets for treatment of NSCLC.
