Research and analysis of relevant factors of depression after stroke

Objective To explore and analyze the relevant factors of depression after stroke,and to provide guidance basis for taking positive measunes for the future prevention and early intervention.Methods All 268 cases stroke patients were diagnosed in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2011,there were 100 cases PSD,the PSD study of 100 cases the patient's age,gender,education level,disease frequency,course of the disease,lesions,lesions and other indicators as may affect the occurrence of post-stroke depression-related factors as survey indicators were analyzed.Results All 268 stroke patients included in all research,there were 100 cases of PSD,the occurrence rate was 37.3%.Post-stroke depression and age,sex,education,location of stroke,combined underlying diseases such as hypertension,diabetes,stroke,and the number and duration of post-stroke depression and post-stroke complications were closely related(P 0.05 or P 0.01),but little with the nature of stroke(P 0.05).Conclusion Post-stroke depression is the result of many factors,factors related to its investigation and analysis,can provide effective treatment of clinical interventions based on the guidance to further reduce the incidence of PSD and improve depressive symptoms,improve the patient's quality of life.
