Abstract

The mode of higher education modernization is both a behavior tendency method and a model of activity. Mode reveals method,measure and way to realize the goal of education modernization,so it can provide a general way for people's behaviors towards the goal. This paper elaborates on the connotation and type of the mode and analyzes the mode of higher education modernization of Tibet.
