Status Quo, Influencing Factors and Countermeasures Study of FDI in Henan Province: Based on Comparison with Other Provinces in Middle Area

Firstly, this paper analyses the status quo of FDI in Henan province since reform and opening-up, the result indicates that the total quantity and quality level is improving year after year. But there has some problems in aggregate investment, form of investment, industrial distribution of FDI in Henan province in comparison with other province in central region and average level of China. Then, it analyses the influencing factors of FDI in Henan province, the result indicates that the market size, levels of marketization and human capital of Henan province have a big gap to the other provinces in central region. The reason which causes industrial distribution difference of FDI is different industrial level of development. Lastly, it gives some advices on FDI in Henan province.
