Abstract

The FDI has been and will be playing an important role in the economic development in Henan Province. But now, the performance of utilizing FDI in Henan Province is low. And the potential has not been exerted adequately. The absolute and relative level of attacting FDI has been descending. This paper makes an analysis of the reason and puts forward policy advices, according to the result of the appraisal and analysis.
