Studies on Surgical Treatment of Hypertensive Intracranial Hemorrhage

【Objective】To explore the effective methods of surgical treatment for hypertensive intracranial hemorrhage.【Methods】One hundred three cases of hypertensive intracranial hemorrhage were retrospectively analyzed in regard to the operative time、surgical methods and therapeutic efficacy.【Results】Therapeutic effect of super-earlier group was much better than early group and delayed group after 3 months.【Conclusion】To apply the proper operative methods、super-earlier operation and the use of microscope in operation can improve the function and the surgical curative effect.
