Abstract
Objective To analyze the curative effect of surgical treatment for 109 cases of hypertensive intracranial hemorrhage, and explore the effective therapeutic methods. Methods 109 cases of hypertensive intracranial hemorrhage were retrospectively analyzed in regard to the surgical opportunity, methods and therapeutic efficacy. Results There was significant difference between preoperation and postoperation in GCS scores. The cases were followed up for 3 months and therapeutic effect was satisfying. Conclusion Early operation is beneficial to the functional improvement. Based on the patients' condition, different surgical methods should be chosen.
