Abstract
The mechanism and causes for the breakout by sticking were analyzed, the influence of different casting speeds of various steel grades to the sintered layer of mould powder, the liquid powder and the breakout by sticking were researched by combining with the production practice of continuous slab casting system of 150 t Converter Furnace, and the countermeasures to prevent the breakout by sticking were also put forward.
