The Analysis of the Problems and Solutions to College Students' Evaluation on Teaching

This paper focused on the problems of teaching evaluation.The problems are as follows:the results of teaching evaluation are generally higher than average,the results do not open and the results do not play their due role in teaching evaluation.Having analyzed the causes of those problems,this paper proposed the solutions to those problems in the aspects of proper recognition of students' capacity in teaching evaluation,improving the knowledge of teaching evaluation for both teachers and students,establishing a scientific teaching evaluation index system,efficient organization of teaching evaluation and rational use of evaluation results.
