Abstract

Objective Through the multicenter study,to explore the effect of fasudil on serum homocysteine( Hcy),C-reactive protein( CRP)levels in acute cerebral infarction patients. Methods 96 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected in neurological department of the Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University of Engineering, the First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei Medical University,Shijiazhuang Central Hospital, and divided into experimental group and control group with random number table. 48 cases in control group were given conventional treatment, intravenous drip of ozagrel sodium injection,80 mg,twice a day. Intravenous drip calf blood protein injection,200 mg,once per day,at the same time 100 mg of oral aspirin tablets were given every night, once per day. 48 cases in experimental group,on the basis of conventional treatment, combined with intravenous drip of fasudil hydrochloride,30 mg,twice daily, for two weeks. Serum Hcy levels, serum CRP level before and after treatment and the treatment effect of patients with brain infarction were observed. Results Hcy levels in two groups decreased after treatment compared with before treatment, with statistically significant difference between two groups( P 0. 05),the Hcy level in experimental group( 10. 2 ± 2. 8) μmol / m L was lower than that in control group( 16. 8 ±3. 7) μmol / m L,and the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05); CRP levels in two groups decreased after treatment compared with before treatment, with statistically significant difference( P 0. 05),the CRP level in experimental group( 3. 9 ± 0. 9) mg / L was lower than that in control group( 8. 0 ± 2. 6) mg / L,and the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05); the total effective rate of experimental group( 95. 8%) was higher than that of control group( 79. 2%),and the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion Fasudil hydrochloride can obviously improve the Hcy level,CRP level, and nerve function defect in the patients with acute cerebral infarction, which give a guidance of clinical and is worth of clinical promotion.
