Research on Software Project Risk Management

This paper firstly discusses the importance of project risk management and the normal process and methods of risk management.Then,it analyzes the relations between each step and puts forward five important problems that we should pay much attention during the process of project risk management and the whole structure of software.Based on this structure and combined with the unique characters of software project,this paper discusses software project risk management in detail.To sweep away the obstacles,the paper analyzes the factors that prevent risk management from working in software project,discusses the proper tools and techniques that can be used in risk management of software project.And finally,the paper draws the whole picture of the process of software project risk management,which also includes the identified several main risks and the correlating strategies of software project.
