A Brief Research on Risk Management of Software Project

The risk management is important constituent of software project management,also important method to reduce failure of software project.The risk management is only well put into execution,Project cost,schedule and product demand are controlled effectively.In this paper,based on presentation of risk management process of the software project,and discusses on the method of risk identification and risk analysis.
