On the Significance of Teachers'Action Research

Abstract

Teachers' action research contains series activities of teaching and research practice.Through those activities,teachers observe their classroom teaching behaviors,reflect their teaching process,and evaluate their teaching effect so as to improve the classroom teaching.The great significance of teachers' action research lies in the followings.First it ensures that teachers create the efficiency of classroom teaching; secondly it urges teachers to innovate course teaching mode;thirdly it is the continuous drive to teachers' specialization development.
