Whole procedure cost control and measures of engineering projects

Abstract

In view of the importance of engineering cost control factors influencing engineering cost in decision phase are analyzed,at the same time from design stage,contract stage,construction stage and finish account stage the cost control of engineering projects is discussed in depth.Practical measures are also proposed.In the end the importance of post project evaluation is emphasized in order to realize effective control of engineering cost.
