On engineering cost control in design stage of construction project

Abstract

Cost control in design stage is key point in whole process of engineering cost control.In this paper the influences of optimization design on construction investment are analyzed,at the same time major measures are proposed for engineering cost control in design stage in order to realize dynamic control of investment through implementation of those effective measures.
