The Coordinated Development among Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei: Constraints and Prospect

The coordinated among Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei currently has risen as a national strategy,and its gap between regional cooperation potential and developmental reality has brought about scholar's extensive discussion and research. The article discusses the influences on the coordinated among Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei from four aspects,regional development gap,industrial development condition and government cooperation. Then we conclude that the key factors,which have constraints on the coordinated development among Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,are immature market economy,the political status inequality,the central government's system design and the lack of unified plan,and finally propose three measures,cultivating market body,unifying developmental plan,innovatively changing public service policy and fiscal policy measures.
