In the background of national implementation of the collaborative development strategy of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province,the establishment of a unified and open market system of human resources plays an important role in promoting the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province. On the relevant data from the National Bureau of Statistics and the regional Bureau of Statistics,This paper compares and analyzes the factors of economy,industry,education,science,technology,and health and ecological environment affecting the human resources in the region of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province and combined with the experience of human resources market system construction in foreign metropolitan area,it digs into the reasons of hindering the integration of human resources market system of three regions and puts forward the measures of implementing the industrial dislocation development and getting rid of independent human resource market system of the three regions through the improvement of the economic environment, education environment and the ecological environment in Tianjin and Hebei Province to achieve the integration and development of human resources market in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province.
