Abstract

In essence the financing problem of small and medium enterprises is the blockage of the financing channels.In order to enrich the theories on the financing for the small and medium enterprises,and optimize the financing environment,the paper manages to explore the major reasons for this situation and seek some theory and policy solutions to it.
