The prime causes lead to financing problems of small-and-medium enterprises lie in: their self-quality of small-and-medium enterprises is low, government support intensity is not enough, lack special financing channels, direct financing channels are blocked and lack loan assure system. The government will increase support to small-and-medium enterprises for the one hand. Small-and-medium enterprises should widen financing channels actively for the other hand, and carry out the innovation of financing pattern to solve the problem of the financing problem of small-and-medium enterprises.
