The Study of the Service Level Upgrading of Beijing Cultural Creative Industry Cluster Area

As an important expression form of cultural soft power upgrading,the service level and service quality have become a major measure for the sustainable development of cultural creative industry cluster area. As the huge advantage brought by accumulative effect and the bottleneck problem of the homogenize emergence,it makes the market,industry,enterprise,public put forward higher requirements for the development of cultural creative industry cluster area. Beijing,as an economic,political and cultural exchange center,provides certain economic,political,cultural support for the service level upgrading of cultural creative industry cluster. Based on the connotation and the basis of the development of capital cultural creative industry gathering area,this study makes the effective exploration for the service level upgrading of the capital culture creative industry gathering area as the following five aspects in order to have a guiding significance to the theory and practice:the integration between cultural and science technology,public service platform,human resource management,intermediary service institutions and foreign cultural exchanges.
