Abstract
Digital library is a inevitable outcome in the time of information, is future developing mode of traditional library with great significance. The department of culture has put forward the construction of the project plan in China digital library. First of all, we should master the function, technology and the standard of construction in order to construct the digital library. At the same time, we should consider the concrete situation of our country, especially in west development, should make a great investment on it.
