Abstract
In recent years,a great upsurge of constructing the digital library has been set off in China,which should be taken into the cool consideration.This paper analyzes on the present developing situation of our country's library and the problems existing in the construction and utilization of the digital library,and points out that the two-pole developing strategy should be carried out at present by our country's libraries,and the construction of the digital library shouldn't be too fast and too hot.
