Abstract
One-way traffic is an economic and effective traffic management measure by which the partial traffic free is sacrificed to ensure the whole urban traffic.There are great advantages such as optimizing the traffic flow organization,making full use of the present urban resource,mining the traffic potential of roads,and equipoising the road net volume of one-way traffic organization.Taking one of typical group cities—Zibo as an example,the integrated analysis method united by macroscopic view and microcosmic view is used to profoundly analyze the characteristics of road net organization and traffic flow in central urban,as well as the one-way traffic organization plan is proposed,simulated and validated,which provides reference for decision-making.
