Abstract
One way traffic system is an effective,easy-to-operate traffic management measures with low investment.It has its great advantages in improving the urban traffic administration,raising the functional efficiency of roads and utilizing of the traffic potential of roads.The study on the principle,functioning conditions has its realistic importance.
