Analysis and Evaluation on Subsidy Policy for Purchasing Agricultural Machinery in Fujian

Subsidy policy for agricultural machinery purchase is the important means to improve the level of agricultural mechanization,enhance the comprehensive agricultural production capacity.Since the policy is implemented in Fujian,the scale of subsidy funds increases dramatically,subsidies coverage expands,the species of subsidied machinery expand and Subsidy standard increases yearly.But problems still exist in the implementation,such as shortage of subsidy fund,untimely subsidy policy,red-tape in procedure and so on.Hence,this paper puts forward the suggestion,including the establishment a diversified input mechanism,using funds from the fiscal and financial,granting timly subsidy,using differentiated subsidy standards.
