TCM-WM Treatment 82 Cases of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Abstract

[Objective] Observation TCM - WM treatment diabetic peripheral neuropathy of effect.[Method] Were randomly divided into control group of 40 cases,the treatment group 42 cases.Control group 4 weeks before intramuscular methylcobalamin,3 times a week,after 2 weeks of oral methylcobalamin tablets 500mg,3 times a day,6 weeks,a course of treatment.Treatment group were treated based on the decoction to HuangQiGuiZhi decoction every day 1 medicinal preparation,two weeks to a course of treatment.[Results] The control group markedly effective 9 cases,effective 14 cases,invalid 17 cases,the treatment group markedly effective 28 cases,effective 7 cases,invalid 7 cases.[Conclusion]TCM - WM treatment giving full play to the strengths of Chinese and western medicine,have complementary advantages.
