Abstract
Objective:To study the YMZ in the content determination of chlorogenic acid in the extraction methods and quality control of chlorogenic acid standards. Methods:High performance liquid chromatography to compare the different extraction methods, extraction solvent, extraction time and solvent consumption wild chase determination of chlorogenic acid content of herbs. Results:The use of ultrasonic extraction method to recover the herbs in chlorogenic acid, and chlorogenic acid by HPLC with sampling in the 0.0908~1.362μg(r = 0.9999)showed a good linear relationship between the average recovery was 100.12%,RSD 1.31%.Conclusion:The ultrasonic extraction of chlorogenic acid content was determined by high performance liquid method is simple and can be used for quality control of the medicine.
