Diagnosis value of dynamic state electrocardiogram in sick sinus syndrome

Objective To study the value of Holter monitoring in sick sinus syndrome.Methods 60 SSS patients from March 2006 to September 2009 in my hospital were selected as the observation group had 24 h ambulatory ECG and selected 50 normal people as comparison group.Results The 24 h total heart rate,maximum heart rate,minimum heart rate and average heart rate in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was significant(P 0.05),the observation group were significantly higher detection rate of arrhythmia than the control group.Conclusion Significant sinus arrhythmia mainly of heart is too slow,occasional atrial premature contractions,occasional ventricular contractions,sinus arrest based.The birth of holter electrocardiogram improved detection of clinical value in the diagnosis of sick sinus syndrome than normal electrocardiogram on the ability to raise more than 10 times,so it is a diagnostic method of choice.
