Abstract
Objective: To investigate the application value of dynamic electrocardiogram in diagnosis of sick sinus syndrome.Method: 35 cases with sick sinus syndrome were set into the observation group, and the healthy people were set into the control group. All of them were detected by dynamic electrocardiogram and the application value was evaluated.Result: The total heart rate in 24 hours,HRmax, minimum heart rate and average heart rate in 24 hours of the observation group was lower than those in control group(P0.05).The rate was 28.57% in type I,20.00% in type Ⅱ,14.29% in type Ⅲ and 22.86% in type Ⅳ.The main arrhythmia were sinus bradycardia, abiogenesis atrial extrasystole, abiogenesis premature ventricular beats, sinus arrest and brachy-array atrial tachycardia. Conclusion: The detect of dynamic electrocardiogram is simple, without trauma and repeatability,so it can regard as the prefer way in diagnosis for sick sinus syndrome.
