On Developing College Students' Communicative Competence

Language is the tool for communication.Learning language is meant to obtain the communicative competence.This thesis points out the necessity and urgency of getting communicative competence by the exploration of what is communicative competence and the factors that have influence on communicative competence and puts forward the solutions to the problem.
