Affect for Blood Rhology With Kidney-reinforcing Du Meridian-regulating Spleen-strengthening and Stagnancy-removing Acupuncture Method Therapy of Ischemic Stroke

Abstract
Objective:To observe changes in indices in ischemic stroke patients with meridian attack,qi deficiency and stagnation of phlegm in meridian of treatment before and after the blood rhology indexes with Kidney-reinforcing,Du meridian-regulating,Spleen-strengthening and Stagnancy-removing acupuncture method,meanwhile objectively to evaluate affect of this method for the blood rhology indexes. Methods:63 ischemic stroke patients with meridian attack,qi deficiency and stagnation of phlegm in meridian divided into two group,treatment group with Kidney-reinforcing,Du meridian-regulating,Spleen-strengthening and Stagnancy-removing acupuncture method,control group with the method of regulate qi and blood dredge the meridians and collaterals,10 days was a period of treatment and three period of treatments were observed the effect. Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7%,in the control group was 80.6%,two groups were different significantly(P0.05);treatment before and after the change of blood rhology index,with a significant difference between the two groups(P0.05),treatment after the change of blood rhology the part of index,with a significant difference between the two groups(P0.05). Conclusions:Kidney-reinforcing,Du meridian-regulating,Spleen-strengthening and Stagnancy-removing acupuncture has a better therapeutic effect on ischemic stroke patients with meridian attack,qi deficiency and stagnation of phlegm in meridian than the method for the control group,the treatment group was superior to the control group in the field of improvement the blood rhology indexes degree.
