Management Process of Laboratory Quality in Primary Disease Control Agency

Objective To establish the quality management processes,and achieve a win-win of quality and efficiency.Method Based on accreditation assessment criteria and the disease control system requirements,inspection and quality control of the key elements of process design and implement standardized management of all key work processes.Results Continued effective operation of quality management system,detection capabilities and level continues to increase.Conclusions Laboratory standardized management processes can effectively improve the quality of existing work and work efficiency.
