The diagnostic value of soluble P185 in ovarian cancer

Abstract

Objective To explore the diagnostic and prognostic value of soluble P185 in patient with ovarian cancer.Methods EIA and spectrophotometry were used to detect the blood level of P185、Ca125 and LPA in patient with original and recurrent ovarian cancer.At the same time,The sensitivity and specificity for the diagnosis of ovarian cancer were analyzed by the there marker.Results Comparing the original or recurrent ovarian cancer group with the varian benign tumor group,the difference between PLA185 level and PLA level were significantly(P0 01).Comparing recurrent ovarian cancer group with the ovarian benign tumor group,the difference between Ca125 level was statistically(P0 01).Conclusion It suggested that combine with the three marker of P185、Ca125 and LPA have important value in the diagnosis post operations monitor and prognosis of the patients with ovarian cancer.
