Observation on clinical effect of minimally invasive procedure in treatment of intracerebral hemorrhage

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of minimally invasive procedure in treatment of intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods Eighty three patients with intracerebral hemorrhage in this hospital were randomly divided into two groups,minimally invasive treatment group(n=42) and conservative treatment group(n=41).Eighty three patients with intracerebral hemorrhage were given with medicinal treatment,and patients in minimally invasive treatment group were additionally treated by minimally invasive procedure with the help of CT scanning.Results The total effective rate in minimally invasive treatment group was 78.57%,it was significantly different with that(51.21%) of medicinal treatment group(χ2=6.828,P0.05),and the mortality rate in minimally invasive treatment group was 4.76%,and the average time of hospitalization was 20.3±4.2 days,and they were also significantly different with those of conservative treatment group(P0.05).Conclution The clinical effect of minimally invasive procedure in treatment of intracerebral hemorrhage is very effective,and it is worthy to be recommended for clinical application.
