Abstract
This paper researches the influence factors of the regional science and technology resources' allocation based on Structural Equation Model.The result shows that the science and technology input,configuration environment and sustainable development capacity have significant influence on it with the impact of the science and technology input being the biggest influence factor,followed by configuration environment and sustainable development capacity.Finally,the paper makes corresponding policy suggestions.
