Research on Confirmation of Teacher's Qualification

This article finds out several problems based on the practical work of confirming the teacher qualification,which are the standards between the graduates from teacher's education major and non teacher's education major,moral appraisement,test of teaching ability,inconsistency between learned subject and applied subject,policy implementation of teacher qualificational system and the confirming right for the organization of qualification.It also puts forward some corresponding ways.
