Abstract
The photonic bandgap of two-dimensional square lattice is studied by using plane wave method. The influence of lattice defect structure, atom radius and dielectric constant on the photonic bandgap is discussed in detail. The results revealed that the different wavelength range of photonic bandgap is obtained by setting different atomic radius and dielectric constant.Set different defect structure, the different pass-band frequency in the photonic bandgap is formed. Therefore, different types of defects in photonic crystal are introduced frequently.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
