Abstract

Mencius regards his theory of human nature as base of Policy of Benevolence,and applies Policy of Benevolence thought to political practice,which becomes the people-centered principle.However,no matter which theory,the ultimate value is still kingly way.Contemporary,this thought still has a great reference significance to political practice in China.
