Abstract
Objective To compare the efficacy of dezocine and sufentanil combined with propofol on patients underwent painless gastroscopy. Methods Eighty patients underwent painless gastroscopy were randomly divided into dezocine group( group D)and sufentanil group( group S),with 40 patients in each group. Patients in group D were given dezocine 2. 5 mg and propofol1. 5 mg /kg,and patients in Group S were given sufentanil 5 μg and propofol 1. 5 mg /kg. The levels of BP,HR and SpO2were observed, the total consumption of propofol and the recovery time of patients were recorded. Results There were no significant differences in BP,HR,SpO2or the total consumption of propofol between the two groups( P 0. 05),but awake time in group D was shorter than that in group S( P 0. 05). Conclusion Dezocine is safe for anesthesia during painless gastroscopy, and has shorter recovery time, compared with sufentanil.
