Abstract

How to guide the development of the shadow banking and play the importance of its financial intermediation in order to achieve the stability of the financial system is a problem that we need to solve.Based on the development status of the shadow banking,many problems in the development process were discussed,and the idea of development and regulatory reform of shadow banking was proposed.
