Abstract

It puts forward a way of motion simulation of geneva gear based on VRML and VRMLScript. First, it builds the virtual model of geneva gear with the software of AUTOCAD and 3DSMAX, uses VRML language to show the model. Then it studies the axis of geneva and rotary disk, controls the rotating angle of the axis with VRMLScript, simulates the motion of geneva gear.
