Abstract

Protease activities in the main peptic of Tylototriton kweichowensis under different pH-value and the temperature of 30℃were determined. The results showed that the protease activities in stomach, foregut, midgut, hindgut and hepatic were separately 3470.373,1958.42,202.72,208.75 and 434.4 μg/(g·min),in which the optimal pH-value was 2.2,8.2,7.4,7.8 and 2.2 separately.
