Abstract
Land ecological security has an effect on sustainable development of coal-resource cities.Based on an analysis of land use and ecological environment in Shuangyashan City,this paper establishes an index system with three sub-systems of land ecological power,land ecological state and land ecological response,using the conceptual framework model of Pressure-Status-Response (P-S-R) and selecting 23 indexes,and then quantitatively evaluates and analyzes the ecological security of land in the city from 2002 to 2007 employing the methods of comprehensive evaluation and coordinated degree analysis.The results indicate that from 2002 to 2007,the ecological security evaluation values of land was between 0.2~0.5 up in the city,the land of ecological security at an unstable state,but the overall status is ascending,implying that there is still much room for improvement of land ecological security level in Shuangyashan City,and that land ecological security can be improved by raising the coordinated degree of land ecological security.
