Study of Andrographolide's Extraction

Extraction process of andrographolide is studied by the orthogoanal experimental design.As the evaluate target about the content of andrographolide's extraction,we study the effective factors about rate of material and solvent,alcohol concentration,temperature and time.The results showed that alcohol concentration the most effective factor,temperature the second,rate of material and solvent the third,the last was time.The optimal condition is got as follows:the extraction amount is 622 mg when we immerse the 100 g Andrographis Paniculta into 75% alcohol for 2 hours at 60 ℃.
